Senior Account Executive January 2020– March 2021
Partnered with American Express, internal marketing teams, and outside agencies to create, execute and optimize data-driven direct marketing campaigns, reaching millions of prospective customers on a weekly basis.
Responsible for strategy and implementation of American Express rebranding into direct marketing channels, resulting in over 10,000 new credit card accounts.
Managed ongoing partnership with Deloitte stakeholders to develop a unique email propensity model that targeted customers with the highest likelihood to acquire a Delta American Express Credit Card.
Developed robust test plans to optimize channel performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in one of the few departments contributing revenue to the company.
Contract Marketing Communications Manager August 2018 – May 2019
Developed strategic and innovative communication plans reaching over eight million customers on a weekly basis.
Increased customer acquisition and engagement for Delta’s partners such as Airbnb, Lyft and American Express through email marketing, social campaigns and various internal and external channels.
Created the most successful campaign of 2018 for the partnership team resulting in the highest engagement numbers for an individual email campaign and increasing unique open rate by 50%.
Owned campaign development, setup, and reporting across the customer lifecycle including acquisitions, onboarding, content promotion, transactions, and reacquisition campaigns.
